MEMBERSHIP

The FLEHOA is the only entity recognized by the state of Florida to represent all the residents in the park.  We invite all residents to join the HOA and support the entity that supports you. The only requirement to join is that you must own a home in Forest Lake Estates.

Benefits of joining the HOA include: the right to vote in the election of the HOA Board of Directors, representation during rent negotiations,  electronic delivery of the monthly newsletter, email updates on important issues, events and activities, and access to HOA sponsored events (ie: Spring Patio Party).
